Please read and follow the instructions to receive a prompt refund!  Please allow 2-4 weeks for the refund to arrive. Refund information and policy can be found on the form, as well the Registration Policy on the back of your pink copy of the registration form.

No refunds will be provided AFTER first scheduled season game.
