| Q: What is the rain out number and what should I do if it starts to rain? A: First call the rain out number (407) 948-1610 to see if the fields are closed. Then if you are not contacted by your coach go to the field for practice or game. If there are cloudy skies where you are it might be clear at Bear Creek. Please do not call the county building. |
| Q: I would lilke a refund on my registration, what should I do? A: Click on Registration Refund Form. All the instructions and elegibility requirements are on the form. |
| Q: Last seasons trophy had a mispelling on it, what should I do? A: Any problems with the Fall 2007 trophy's please contact Richard Gump at Legends Sports Photography. Their phone number is (407) 306-8585. Please make sure and tell him you are from the Fall 07 Bear Creek PONY league. |

| Q: Which division would my child be in at Bear Creek? |
| A: Please click on Age Key to find out which division he/she will be in. |
| Q: Registration is closed. Can my child still register and play? A: After registration is closed check the Age Key to find your child's division. Then email the Bear Creek Registrar give your child's name and a number where we can contact you when a slot becomes available. At that time your child will be put on a wait list. The list is orderd by the first to the most recent to contact the director. You pay nothing now, but when and if a spot opens up during the season, there are no guarentees, we will take care of all the payment and paperwork then. |
